Where is my order?

Every order gets a code that looks like CW-4F2K. Open the app, go to Orders, and type it in — you will get the live status and, once a rider has picked it up, a map. You do not need an account to track an order, only the code.

How do I pay?

You pay the rider when the order arrives, in cash or by Mobile Money. Nothing is charged inside the app and no card details are ever asked for.

Something was wrong with my order

Call the number above with your order code. The kitchen keeps a record of every order against that code, so it is the quickest way to sort out anything missing, late or not what you asked for.

Starz Points

Points are earned on every order and are tied to your phone number, not to a particular phone. Sign in with the same number on a new device and they are there. The Rewards tab shows the balance and what it can be spent on.

Notifications, location and your data

Notifications are optional and are only used to tell you about your own order. Location is asked for only at checkout, only while you are using the app, and only to drop the delivery pin that prices the delivery fee — you can decline it and type your address instead.

What is kept and for how long is set out on the privacy page. You can close your account at any time from Settings, or from the account deletion page.
